Here is my new girl. She's a slow grower and seems to have an attitude to boot! When I was moving her from the deli cup to her new enclosure, she would not give up her paper towel that was wrapped around her. I had to rip around her to get her I to her cube. Naughty naughty... And Shes a digger too. So I half expect a tunnel made today even with a hide in there. She flicks and sticks her butt up in the air. Assistance with a paint brush makes her not move even more. Stubborn. Lmao.

I have never seen anyone here ever chat about this species so I'm hoping that I'm not the only one that has one.

OMG! She swallowed a water-melon! :) She is a beautiful T for sure. Quite a rare species to boot.

Here is my lil one peekin out of her hide...

Making her way out finally. She's a bit temperamental. Like to flick hairs. So I'm glad she's feelin a bit more comfortable with her new enclosure.

Well, they are from Argentina and Uruguay and lord knows where else... they grow slow, like a rosea, but not so slowly like an aphono. Lol. They are a fairly plain looking t, but have reddish highlites to the hair they have. Some look as tho they may have blue to the lower parts of the femur, but mostly just this red coloring to them. They just are a kinda different t. And for the record, her booty came like that to me! Lmao!

She is adorable. Congrats on a successful molt. I assume being an Eupalaestrus she grows pretty slow?
