Any number of things. But it can depend a bit on how you are keeping them. Too moist a condition can kill them faster in my experience. So in a bag for example keep the juicy veggies and fruits down.

      leftover food like

      apples
      pears
carrots < I keep a bag of baby carrots around for snacks and just toss in a piece
      potato peals
      cat food
      dog food
chicken layer food < I use this as cat litter and grab a couple of pieces and toss it in with the crickets
      oatmeal

      and lots more

When I have crickets, they are just short-term residents, so I only feed them raw oatmeal (to minimize odor and mold). If you are breeding them, however, you may want to provide additional nutrition options like vegetables or fruit.
