      Dry food for dubia

      What kind of dry food can I make for dubia roaches that will be good for my tarantulas when the eat them

      smc85, you can feed them dry dog food (with high protein content)...I also feed mine chick feed with no antibiotics. I have also heard that fish flakes and koi food works well.

      Here's a similar recipe that a member gave me years ago. Dubai love it and thrive on it but I give them greens and some fruites too.

      Roach Chow Recipe
      2 cups commercial non-medicated chick feed or a wild bird seed that has corn and doesn't contain sunflower seeds
      2 cups store brand oatmeal
      4 cups store brand Honey Nut O's
      1/2 cup tropical fish flakes
      Run it all through the food processor to grind it into a powder.
