      M. robustum sling

Who'd have thought that this would turn out to be the sweetest sling of them all?

Still, he's as restless as a versi ... I had to come up with some new tricks to get him to stay put long enough for focus stacks. I HAD to keep trying till I got'em!

These were taken with the Raynox 250 and 202.

      Thanks a lot Jump!
Funny thing is I just took that through one of Jamie's cheap plastic little enclosures, can't believe it was even clear enough to see anything!

      p.s. I LOVE robustums!!!!

I also, for the first time, took some in natural light. Wanna see? Nothing great ... I have a new found respect for anyone who can take good photos using nothing but natural light!

      M. robustum sling, natural light

I've never tried natural light before, it's tough! lol These were taken with only the light of the sky coming through a window, with no processing except to adjust the exposure. They still came out a bit over-exposed, much more difficult to correct than under-exposure.

      1/3 second exposure, f/8 and ISO 200

      Uhm, he moved ...
