      TCool My Little Burrower

Yesterday, my little G. Rosea, Gzifa, stayed in her hide ALL DAY LONG, I was hoping she'd come out soon so I could see her! This morning, I woke up to all of the substrate dug out of the hide and a beautiful little web covering most of the opening. It's actually a very interesting little site to see. Anyone else have some little burrowering Rosea's.

I hope she comes out again sometime soon!

I had a G. rosea seal itself up for months. I thought it might be molting. Came out for a week, unmolted, then went back into hiding. This went on and on for about 8 months. Eventually it did molt. Was kinda frustrating, not seeing it every day but that made the sightings even more special. Not seeing a T every day is reason enough to own more than one!

My rosie has been doing the same thing for over 4 months now???
She came out twice, even ate the first time, but now she's back in there.
This time I can see her as she has dug her way to the glass on the side...I try not to bother her, but I peek in with a flashlight from time to time.
Hopefully she'll finish with her "CRAZY ROSIE" cycle soon and go back to normal. Prior to this new behavior, she was my first and favorite T.
Now I get to see this every day...

Relax! Take it easy. This is not an instantaneous hobby. It's a long term "getting to know you" sort of thing. There's plenty of time, perhaps a whole lifetime, to enjoy these phenomenal creatures. Patience. One step at a time. One day at a time. No worries. -Stan Schultz

      Why thank you!
I like to think of it more like an egg that will someday hatch into a freshly molted G. rosea

I think this is why I like my rosie. You never know what your going to wake up to in the morning with these ones. I think they have Multiple Personality Disorder!
