I am assuming, like everyone else, that you are talking about the generous bootie. he he...she/he is huge. I would be very careful that she doesn't rupture herself. IMHO the bigger they get the easier they fall (and get injured). I do like to keep my well fed so I have been just as guilty.
I would be more concerned with it rupturing it's abdomen during the molt then a fall.

The coloration, and luster due to the tension on the exo says that baby is going to molt very soon.

Relax! Take it easy. This is not an instantaneous hobby. It's a long term "getting to know you" sort of thing. There's plenty of time, perhaps a whole lifetime, to enjoy these phenomenal creatures. Patience. One step at a time. One day at a time. No worries. -Stan Schultz

I agree. Maybe best not to feed her til after she molts?

I had a G. pulchripes sling that looked like this. I was scared she was going to pop! Glad I am not the only one guilty of over feeding!

Alice looked like that before I realized he's just very greedy and not actually hungry. Alice actually molted twice in fairly rapid succession because he was still chubby after the first one and had reserves for another molt. I'm being MUCH more careful with feeding now that I've learned that lesson.
