      Aphonopelma cf burica

I just recieved one of these last week. So far it's hard to tell it's personality because it's just a tic tac, at just .25 inches and that might be an over estimation! Here's a pic of mine, it's name is Dart.

Does anyone have an adult or juvie to post pics or tell me about? I can't wait to see what this little ones personality is going to be.

I have an adult Aphonopelma burica picture, but she is in pre molt. Her color is rather drab. Here is a picture of a juvie at 3.5" out for dinner. This is a rare sighting.
This is the only Aphonopelma species that I consider to be a obligate burrower.

So very pretty. I was hoping that mine wouldnt burrow too much, but I already see that DArt is a HUGE digger! It will be YEARS before mine is that size! I would love to see pictures of your adult, it she ever comes out. COuld you tell me how big she is?

I have had mine for about a year and a half. They are about 3/4". They are housed in deli type cups that would be considered too big for them, but use every inch tunneling and such. Luckily both have tunnels running along the plastic so I can see them all the time. Very slow growers, good eaters, not too skittish. That's about all I know so far
