Yes that still works for both of them. I'll get Tim (my cousin) to send you his info.

First off, Thank you so much Darien for all your input and investment into this group. Cheering for more kiddos to be coming.

I was thinking of printing up a coloring page of a T that the little ones can color during the meeting. They could also propose names for each other's pics. Thought that could be fun for them. Perhaps we/I could come up with some more T. fact-based activities for the older children(or even the adults too) that would dispel some of the popular myths, as per your suggestion. Like a T/F or Multiple choice quiz. Would be neat if we could find a large T. sticker or something to give as a prize.?? Just thinking.

And I vote: bring your N. colo even if it's feisty. We would still like to see it.

Thank you for the encouragement. It is nice to hear from someone else with club experience.

Do you have any words of wisdom or caution for us as a fledgling group?

      More Great News!

I just got a call today from a reporter from the Leader Post (paper in town) who conducted an interview to write an article for the paper. Asked about tarantulas and about the club.

Greatest thing of all about the interview..... she is roommates with the girl who is most active in helping me organize this club, so she is quite familiar with Ts and won't likely misrepresent us.
Hey thanks for getting me to join

I gotta finish my basement though!

      Hopefully by Spring.
