      Damon diadema babies!

I just ordered 3 Damon diadema babies from KTBG.

This is a spider I have been eye-balling for a long time. I have NEVER had one and will need all the info I can get.

I need a cage to start, and cork bark. So I guess I will be going shopping today.

Waiting to hear from Ken with sizes on these guys so we can figure out what size enclosure I need. The plan is to keep them all together.

      I found this:

      And this:

Great whip scorps FaaFaa! They need a tall habitat with cork bark and substrate. They don't need a lot of humidity but, I would keep their substrate a tad moist and lightly spray the cork twice weekly. Feeding as you know is different for each individual! Enjoy when you get them, and, PHOTOS are a must! . Oh, and males have much wider claws as in length.

Looking at what I might need for an adult enclosure for these 3. I would like to have a pretty display tank. I am looking at ExoTerra type enclosure.

Zoo Med has an extra large (18x18x24) they have a medium too (12x12x18)

I am thinking the bigger one might be better, right?

Indeed, they are super creepy! That is what makes them so cool and unique. I think it will be fun to watch them interact with each other. I am looking forward to setting up a nice display tank too!
